Return policy for Steel towing & Auto dismantling.
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for most parts. Item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and include all hardware and packaging when possible. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the part was not as described. You must include the return paperwork (RETURN slip) provided when you start the return so we can identify your order. A restocking fee of 25% applies to non-defective returns. Items returned that are defective or not as described receive a full refund — there is no restocking fee in those cases. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of the returned item arriving at our facility. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account. Core charges (if any) follow the terms stated on the listing.
Electronic and electrical parts (ECUs, modules, sensors, radios, alternators, starters, and similar) may be returned within 14 days only if unused and not installed or powered. Once installed or powered, electronic parts are not returnable except if not as described. Buyer pays return shipping unless we made an error on the order.
